ABOUT ME
I'm a mom to three incredible boys ages 21, 19, and 17. I value freedom, autonomy, and natural healing, and I am devoted to the ongoing practice of self-mastery. I strive to live in harmony with the Dao, moving through life in a state of flow. My journey into holistic wellness began as a personal mission: to manage over 23 years of mysterious chronic pain, regulate my nervous system, and explore how sound and vibration can empower us to shift our thoughts and emotions. Through this journey, I continue to explore how these practices might transform our biology and foster lasting, positive change—including the possibility of true healing.
You can find me working out at the gym, biking, hiking the North Shore, investing and trading crypto, learning stone medicine, dog sitting French Bulldogs, enjoying my family, or spending quiet moments tuning into nature’s wisdom.

I am deeply passionate about the power of the mind and how our thoughts and emotions shape every aspect of our lives—including our physical health. Over the years, I’ve come to believe that our bodies possess a remarkable ability to heal themselves, and that by consciously shifting our perceptions, beliefs, and emotional state, we can unlock new levels of wellness.
Drawing inspiration from leaders like Bruce Lipton, who pioneered research in epigenetics, I've learned that our belief systems and subconscious programming play a significant role in determining our reality. Bruce Lipton's work demonstrates that it's not just our genes but our perception of our environment—filtered through our beliefs—that can influence health down to a cellular level. By changing self-limiting beliefs and embracing empowering thoughts, we can support the body’s natural healing processes.
Similarly, Joe Dispenza’s research highlights how a majority of our behaviors are shaped by subconscious habits and emotions. He shows that when we shift from living in the patterns of our past and become intentional with our thoughts and feelings, profound personal change—physical and mental—is possible. His teachings highlight how coherent thought and emotion can transform our biology and help us break free from limiting patterns.
