What is VAT?

VAT (Vibrational Alternative Therapy) is a non-invasive, energy-based approach to wellness that has been used for over 40 years. This modality harnesses the therapeutic power of sound converted into vibration to promote deep relaxation and balance in the body. By using sound waves, VAT can interact with the body's cellular structure, stimulating the water molecules that comprise much of our physiology. This leads to a profound sense of relaxation and a more harmonious state of being. With its roots in the healing power of sound, VAT offers a unique and effective way to support overall well-being.
VAT is an amazing treatment for many chronic conditions as well as injuries. The list below is far from exhaustive, but it gives you an idea of the many ways this modality can help. These are private sessions and fully customizable based on each individual.

Vibroacoutstic Music Meditation (VAM)
VAM blends the same low-frequency vibrations (30–120 Hz) used in VAT with a broader range of frequencies, including Schumann resonances (e.g., 7.83 Hz for grounding) and Solfeggio frequencies (e.g., 528 Hz for emotional balance). Delivered through meditation cushions or sound lounges, VAM combines tactile vibrations with carefully composed music to deepen mindfulness, relaxation, and spiritual connection. While historically less clinical than VAT, VAM’s holistic approach complements therapeutic goals, enhancing emotional and mental well-being.

Sacral
The Sacral Chakra located just below the naval, represents creativity, emotional balance, and sexuality. It is associated with our ability to enjoy life’s pleasures, expresses emotions freely, and embrace change.
Solar Plexus
The Solar Plexus Chakra is the third of the seven main chakras, located around the belly button in the stomach area. It represents confidence, self-esteem, and personal power.
Heart
The Heart Chakra is the center of love, compassion, and emotional balance, located in the chest near the heart.
Throat
The Throat Chakra facilitates clear communication, self-expression, and the ability to speak one’s truth authentically.
Third Eye
The Third Eye Chakra fosters intuition, insight, and inner wisdom, , enhancing one’s ability to perceive beyond the physical realm.
Crown
The Crown Chakra is the energy center at the top of the head, symbolizing spiritual connection, enlightenment, and unity with the universe. It governs our sense of higher purpose, wisdom, and universal consciousness.
